Return Policy

Overview

We fulfill orders via print-on-demand and do not hold inventory. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or fit. Exceptions are made for damaged, defective, or incorrect items — see below.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. To be eligible:

  • Report within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging.
  • Include your order number and description.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Contact neogenesisvision@gmail.com immediately. If production has started we cannot cancel.

Refunds

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation. You will receive an email when processed.

How to Submit a Claim

Email neogenesisvision@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description. We will respond within 2 business days.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for duties and taxes. Returns are accepted only for damaged/defective/incorrect items as described above.
